Mercy Kamau is the founder and lead trainer at Angaza Coaching. She is passionate about quality education, ambitious and highly motivated with a vision to create an enabling environment for life and career success for the youth.
Mercy is an Experiential Corporate Trainer, a Certified Professional Career Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has a Degree (BSc.) in Nursing and Public Health from Kenyatta University.
She is a Gold Award Holder and a Life Member of the Presidents' Award Scheme Kenya where she has been a volunteer and youth trainer since 2000. She represented Kenya as a Gold Award delegate in Mauritius in 2008.
Stephen Kamau is the co-founder and lead experiential trainer at Angaza Coaching. He uses fun experiential games and team building activities to pass across lessons in people skills. He has been using experiential learning and team building activities to impact change and inspire youth in events and training session since 2013.
Stephen is a Computer Engineer with a BSc. Computer Science from Egerton University. He is currently the Head of Senior School at Kennedy Academy Kitengela, and previously served as ICT administrator at Aga Khan University Hospital Nairobi (AKUHN).
He is passionate about the environment and volunteers with Mazingira Safi Initiative (MSI) and with Out Of the Streets Initiative, an organization that is dedicated to empowering street children economically to help get off the streets of Kenya.
Njeri Wachira is a Certified Career Coach, qualified teacher and a social impact enterprenuer who founded and runs Kennedy Academy Kitengela.
She is the creative mind behind Angaza and her passion is in mentoring young children to find fun out of learning.
Omonge Paul is a facilitator, Team Building Coach, Youth Leader and Mentor. He has worked with a wide array of clients and groups to create synergy and team bonds through use of dynamic games amidst an environment that ehances both personal and team cohesiveness.
Omonge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Rangeland Management from the University of Nairobi, MSc. Environmental Science from Kenyatta University and is an Alumnus of McGill University's Jeanne Sauvé Public Leadership program from Montreal Canada.
Omonge has co-founded youth based environmental leadership organizations such as Lake Victoria Sunset Birders and the Change Africa Youth Initiative (assisted by the World Bank Climate Change Institute). He has worked for Nature Kenya as a Site Conservation officer and is currently an Adjunct Tutor for the University of McGill's Canadian Field Studies in Africa (CFSIA).
Robert Olunga Otieno is a sociologist and communications specialist. He is acclaimed in the field of Personal, team and relationship development. He is a Certified Clarity4D practitioner and accredited BYB-X practitioner in Africa. He has provided training for teams at UNDP, UNICEF, Ministry of Health, and the Commonwealth Secretariat in Lusaka, Zambia.
Olunga has most recently been supporting the expansion of Nairobi Chapel Churches and is currently serving as the Assistant Pastor at Nairobi Chapel South C. He was the Commonwealth Secretariat's support person on YESL in Africa and continues to provide consultancy in youth development for National Youth Council and Ministries responsible for youth development in several commonwealth member countries across the Africa.
He is also a member of the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Foundation's Africa Regional Training Panel (ARTP). Olunga has great passion for personal and organizational excellence, empowering young people for future leadership and making positive contribution to society.
Marvin Odongo is a youth coach and mentor who has worked extensively with young people is to encourage them to explore, learn and embrace a Biblical world view in life and career. Marvin has over 10 experience in youth camps, events planning, organizing and execution.
He has trained several young people on successful one on one counseling. His other strengths lie in drama, musical stage productions, strategic planning and team dynamics
